I am very honored to be the Team Leader/CEO of Keller Williams Realty at the Lakes, located in Celebration, Florida (near Disney World). I have always been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in New Jersey. After many years in the business, I was drawn to recruiting and coaching others to achieve their dream through real estate. I have served as the Cultural Ambassador prior to being Team leader, selected by my peers. I mention that because it was a great honor to me to be selected by my fellow agents. Success to me is coaching my agents to dream big, set a course and observe them execute the plan. “Success through others.” I intend to serve as Team Leader for a couple more years, and simultaneously start to build my coaching business.
